With over 10 years of experience as a remote Online Sales Counselor, Shari Morton is celebrated in the building industry for her innovative approach and drive. Her expertise in online sales and customer relationship management earned her the NAHB Online Sales Counselor of the Year Gold Award in 2017. Shari’s journey from immigrating to the U.S. from Vietnam at age 5 to becoming a voice for change in the industry showcases her commitment to efficiency and success.

With over 17 years of experience in home building ranging on onsite sales, online sales, and sales leadership, Ingrid Prince is recognized for her customer-centric approach and innovative use of video technology in online sales. She has led strategic expansions and provided invaluable insights at industry events like the International Builder Show. Her accolades include the Professional Builder 40 Under 40, Dallas Builders Association McSam Award for Sales Manager of the Year and the National Association of Home Builders Silver Award for Online Sales Counselor of the Year.
